No previous volunteer experience is required. We provide comprehensive training and orientation to prepare you for your role. What matters most is your passion for community development and willingness to learn.

Yes! Many of our roles offer remote opportunities, including technical support, research and documentation, communications, and some training roles. We also have hybrid options that combine remote work with occasional field visits.

We ask for a minimum commitment of 3 months with at least 10 hours per week. This allows you to make a meaningful impact and gain valuable experience. However, we're flexible and can discuss arrangements based on your availability.

Volunteering with us is free. We provide training, materials, and support. For field-based roles, we may provide transportation or accommodation support depending on the program. You're only responsible for your personal expenses.

Yes! Upon successful completion of your volunteer commitment, you'll receive an official volunteer certificate and can request professional references. We also provide LinkedIn recommendations for outstanding volunteers.
